Built for the Music Industry

Support that understands your world and your work.

Mental Health Therapy for the Music Industry

Individual therapy sessions are tailored for musicians, performers, and creative professionals. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, burnout, depression, relationship stress, or just feeling stuck, this is a space to reconnect with yourself. Sessions are grounded in evidence based practices like polyvagal theory (the science of feeling safe) and trauma informed therapy, along with CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) to help you change unhelpful patterns. You’ll work with a licensed therapist who understands the demands of your world and meets you where you are. Therapy is available in Colorado only. Not in Colorado? See our Finding a Therapist page for more options.

Group Therapy for the Music Industry

Group therapy can be a powerful way to feel seen and supported by others who get it. We’re collecting interest for two unique groups: one for band leaders and front people, and one for anyone working in the music industry. These small, therapist led groups focus on real conversations, emotional support, skills building and problem solving. Give us a call or send an email to hold your spot. Join these online groups from anywhere in Colorado. In person groups will be available in Denver or Boulder as demand grows.

therapy to process stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges of touring

Therapy sessions focused on touring are designed to support your mental health before, during, and after the road. Together, we can explore the challenges you’ve faced on past tours, identify stressors that may come up again, and strengthen the coping strategies that help you feel grounded. These sessions can also focus on setting realistic expectations, preparing for triggers, and creating a plan to manage emotional ups and downs. The goal is to help you stay connected to yourself and your music while reducing the impact of burnout, isolation, or anxiety that can come with touring.

*These sessions are therapeutic and are not intended as performance coaching or career advice. You must be in the state of Colorado to participate in therapy.

These sessions focus on preparing your mental health for the demands of touring. We review past experiences, identify potential stressors, and develop strategies to manage anxiety, sleep disruption, and emotional challenges. The goal is to support psychological resilience and maintain well-being throughout your tour.

While on tour, these sessions provide therapeutic support for stress management, mood regulation, and coping with the unique pressures of life on the road. We focus on maintaining mental stability, addressing acute stressors, and implementing clinically-informed strategies to preserve emotional and cognitive health.

After touring, these sessions support recovery from emotional and physiological stressors. We focus on processing experiences, restoring balance, managing fatigue, and reinforcing adaptive coping strategies. These sessions aim to help you re-establish stability and maintain long-term psychological well-being.
